Since The Scotsman first opened its doors in 2024, Chef Chris and Hotel Manager Deanna have been an important part of its story.
From welcoming guests and supporting their colleagues to helping create the thoughtful, personal experience The Scotsman is known for, their dedication has helped shape the hotel into what it is today. Over the years, they have been familiar and trusted faces to both our guests and our team, bringing care, warmth, kindness, and commitment to everything they do.
Their contributions extend far beyond their individual roles. They have been part of the many moments, both big and small, that have made The Scotsman a special place to visit, work, and return to. The relationships they have built and the memories they have helped create will remain integral to our history.
A New Chapter Begins
This October, Chris and Deanna will be retiring and beginning a well-deserved new adventure.
While we will certainly miss seeing them around the hotel, we are incredibly grateful for the years they have dedicated to The Scotsman. From the very beginning, they have helped lay the foundation for the experience we strive to provide every guest who walks through our doors.
